I will be in Vancouver from Wednesday, June 2nd through Tuesday, June 8th, for a series of new business and outlook meetings and to advance exciting opportunities for business development between my New York financial, professional and securities industry contacts, business leaders and brokers/bankers in Vancouver and Toronto.  A Toronto visit is planned for later this year.

Agenda items for discussion include: M&A opportunities, investor relations for US and Canadian companies, compliance developments, private equity, and joint venture and "cross border" opportunities: (US, BC, UK and China).

TO MEET: I would like to arragne a personal meeting with you over a meal, or at your office, during my stay in Vancouver, to discuss these opportunities and investor interest in Canadian and US Micro Cap and Small Cap companies, with a focus on resource equities, oil & gas projects, and other areas, such as the medical and bio-tech areas.

Vancouver Resource Investment Conference: I will also be attending this conference while I am in town.
